Historical Marker Unveiling

Pink Hill Village Committee Members invite the Community to the unveiling of a Historical Marker in rememberance, recognition and dedication for Smith Chapel Church and One Room Colored School on September 29th at 3:00 at 413 Eva Mae Jones Rd.

Town Board Meeting Rescheduled

Due to scheduling conflicts, the Governing Board has agreed to postpone the regular August Town Board Meeting to Tuesday, August 20th, 2024
Golf Cart Registration Renewals
7/23/2024
As of July 1st, all Golf Cart Registrations are up for renewal. A registration form can be picked up from Town Hall Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. The fee is $25.00 for each cart & proof of insurance is required. Upon registering, an inspection will be done by Pink Hill Police Chief Hoffman or the officer on duty.

FY 24-25 Budget Public Hearing

There will be a Public Hearing on June 11th at 6:30 pm at Town Hall to receive public comments on the Proposed Fiscal Year 24-25 Budget. The regular Town Board meeting will follow at 7:00 pm with a vote to approve the Proposed Budget on the agenda.
Pink Hill Recreation

It has been recently brought to our attention that the Town of Pink Hill is being mistakenly associated with the Pink Hill Recreation Department. This information is inaccurate. Pink Hill Recreation is coordinated and directed by Lenoir County Parks & Rec. Any questions, comments or concerns regarding the recreation department in Pink Hill should be directed to the Kinston/Lenoir County Parks and Recreation Department.
FY 24-25 Budget Work Session

The Town of Pink Hill Board of Commissioners will hold a FY 24-25 Budget Work Session at Town Hall on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 2 to 5pm. A date will be set at that time for a Public Budget Hearing.

Community Clean Up Event
4/27/2024
In an effort to improve our Community, the Town is planning to hold Pink Hill's first Community Clean up Event on Saturday, April 27th from 8-11am. The Town will be furnishing a dumpster, trash bags & bottled water on site. Anyone interested in volunteering should meet at Town Hall at 7:45am. Be sure to bring your own work gloves & rake if you have one.
Planning Workshop
4/18/2024
The Mayor & Commissioners are holding a 2nd work session with the East Carolina Council & Colliers Engineering & Design on Thursday, April 18th between 3-6pm. The purpose of the workshop is to provide Commissioners with an update on The Town's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, & for the ECC & CED to receive direction from the Commissioners on the next steps to be taken for completing the Plan.
Public Hearing: Floodplain Management Regulations Amendment

The Town of Pink Hill will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 6:30 pm immediately before the Town Board Meeting in the Robert Elmore Board Room at Town Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to hear and decide on an amendment to bring Pink Hill's Floodplain Management regulations into compliance following a Community Assistance Visit conducted for the Town by Ms. Eryn Futral of the NC Emergency Management Hazard Mitigation Section on May 31, 2022 with Lenoir County Planning Director, Adam Short. Citizens interested in obtaining addtional information on this item should contact Pink Hill Town Hall and are encouraged to attend this meeting.
